  • Asset Managers carry smaller REO portfolios for improved client service levels. Asset Managers are the single point of client contact vs. our competitor's multiple role approach to REO.
  • Client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are created specifically for each REO client and Asset Manager. Performance is measured by KPI delivery.
  • SAM takes a client centric approach to Asset Management - one size does not fit all. We customize our services and processes for individual clients.
